Jennifer Carlene Horton, age 42, of Waynesboro was arrested on Sunday, November 1st on a capias issued after being indicted by the Wayne County Grand Jury on October 9th, 2020. Horton was indicted on one count of criminal responsibility for the sale of methamphetamine. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $40,000.00 bond.
