Donna Ann Brown, age 50, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Wednesday, December 4th on charges of manufacture/deliver/sale/possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Tyler McKenzie filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on the vehicle Brown was driving for a window tint violation. When Brown stepped out of the vehicle for Deputy McKenzie to explain the reason for the stop, he stated that he saw a meth pipe in Brown’s pocket. Deputy McKenzie went on to allegedly locate approximately 0.4 grams of methamphetamine in a small plastic bag inside Brown’s jacket pocket. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,500.00 bond.
