The 2019 Waynesboro Rotary Christmas Parade drew a big crowd on Saturday evening, with perfect weather for enjoying a parade. The theme this year was “For God So Loved the World.” The City of Waynesboro float (pictured) was beautifully decorated to reflect the theme of the parade.
Participants in the parade included beautifully decorated floats, such as the one pictured that was decorated in a cute “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” theme by the Wayne County Board of Education. There were fire trucks and rescue vehicles, along with horses and riders. Old St. Nick himself even made an appearance, riding on a fire truck instead of his sleigh, which the elves are surely working on to get in perfect traveling condition.
The annual Waynesboro Christmas Parade was a big success, spreading Christmas spirit and cheer once again!
