The Waynesboro Police Department alerted businesses and citizens on Monday morning to counterfeit money that was passed at a local business over the weekend. The bills passed were $20 bills that are commonly used for motion picture production, and can be purchased online as a souvenir. Officers encouraged all businesses and citizens to use caution when taking any denomination of money, and to look for any features that may seem off as shown in the picture above.
