Michael Patrick Gallagher, age 62, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Friday, August 20th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury after indicting him on two counts of manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of schedule II methamphetamine. Gallagher was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $60,000.00 bond.
