Waynesboro Man Arrested for Aggravated Burglary, Violation of Protection Order

   David Scott Eitniear, II, age 43, of Waynesboro was arrested on Sunday, June 21st on charges of aggravated burglary and violation of an order of protection. Deputy Dale Ray filed a report stating that he responded to a call at 2006 Clifton Turnpike, where he took a statement from Tammy Tipps and Doug Folger alleging that they came home and found Eitniear inside the residence without their permission. Tipps advised officers that she has an active order of protection against Eitniear, which was confirmed by dispatch. Eitniear was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,500.00 bond.
