   Mr. Stan Carter Kelley was born June 23, 1970 in Florence, Alabama, the son of the late Danny Kelley and Victoria Carter Morrow. Stan was raised in the Topsy community by his loving grandparents, Stanley and Virginia Kelley. Mr. Kelley owned Family Diner in Waynesboro and was a devoted member of the Kelley’s Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Kelley departed this life on February 4, 2021 in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 50 Years, 7 Months and 12 Days.

   He is survived by two daughters, Michelle Floyd and husband Greg of Clifton, TN, Mary Kelley and fiancé Blake Painter of Waynesboro, TN; three grandchildren, Jacan Floyd, Asher Painter, Henley Floyd; his siblings Dana Kelley Pusser, Sonya Rumbaugh and husband Michael, Shaun Kelley and wife Bethany all of Waynesboro, TN and Jennifer Kelley Dickey of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by the mother of his daughters, Jennifer Kelley and special family members, Sheila Nelson, Colin Jones and JoAnn Bell, and many nieces and nephews.

   In addition to his parents, Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley and Virginia Kelley and Lynard and Wynelle Carter, as well as his brother Daniel Kelley.

   Services were held on Sunday February 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro, with Tim Ray and Troy Gobble officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Gardens at Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting.
