St. Joseph Man Arrested for Stolen Vehicle

   Carl Ray Clemons, age 37, of St. Joseph, Tennessee, was arrested on Sunday, February 9^th on a charge of possession of stolen property. Deputy Jaggar Thompson filed a report after being dispatched to a call of a suspicious vehicle on Iron City Road. Upon encountering the vehicle, Deputy Thompson ran the registration and discovered that the 2018 Dodge Caravan had been reported stolen. Clemons, the driver, was then arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $50,000.00 bond.
