As one passes by the Waynesboro Sportsplex, the first thought might be that the soccer field lighting project which has been worked on diligently by Coach Harvey Baker, the Waynesboro Parks and Recreation Board, City Commission and local businesses is finally coming to fruition. It has been a long time coming, but there will be light.
