   Mrs. Ruby Pearl Kilburn Davis was born February 5, 1920 in Wayne County, Tennessee to the union of the late Lewis Edward and Lillie Ada Hardin Kilburn. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and a member of the Upper Green River Baptist Church. She was united in marriage to Milas McKinley Davis Sr. on August 8, 1942. Mr. Davis preceded her in death on December 16, 1987. Mrs. Davis departed this life on August 21, 2020 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, making her stay in this life some 100 Years, 6 Months, and 16 Days.

   She is survived by her son, Milas McKinley Davis, Jr. and wife Glenda of Collinwood, TN; daughter, Glenda Ray and husband Jerry L. of Waynesboro, TN; son, Edward Davis and wife Sylvia of Portland, TN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 29 great-great-grandchildren.

   In addition to her husband of 45 years and her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her daughter, Cathy Dicus; grandson, Nathan Brown; great-grandson, Seth Tanner Ray; one sister; eight brothers.

   Services were held on August 23, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro, with Tim Ferguson officiating. Burial followed in the Shields Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
