   Rosetta Kelley Kilburn, age 87, formerly of Nashville, died peacefully in Knoxville on April 18, 2020. Born March 12, 1933 to John “Bay” and Lessie Copeland Kelley in Waynesboro in 1950, she married Arthur C. Kilburn, Jr. and the union lasted 65 years until his death in 2016. From this union they had three children: Patti (Larry) Mason, Knoxville; Arthur Kilburn III (deceased), Lisa (Kerry) Cowell, Nashville; grandchildren: Kelsey (Melissa) Mason, April Collis (Paul Salazar) Knoxville; Laila Ann Cowell, Johnson City; Hoyt Cowell, Elizabethton; great-grandchildren, Lily and Bella Mason, Masey and Trevor Collis; sister, Sue K. McDonald, Waynesboro; several nephews and nieces.

   She was a 50+ year member of Arlington UMC in Nashville, a 50+ year member of John B. Garrett Lodge OES and retired from Metro Nashville Election Commission in 1998 after several years.

   In lieu of services, the family will have a private interment at a later date in Ethridge where she will be placed to rest by her beloved husband and son.
