Mr. Ralph Edward Priest was born November 2, 1951 in Hayti, Missouri, the son of the late J.W. and Dessie Viola Randall Priest. Mr. Priest was described as a jack of all trades, but enjoyed being a dairy farmer, a roofer and a sawmill worker. He was united in marriage to Gloria Rowland on November 7, 1969. Mr. Priest departed this life on May 13, 2020 in Lutts, Tennessee at the age of 68 Years, 6 Months and 11 Days.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria Rowland Priest of Lutts, TN; a daughter, Wanda Stark (Jason) of Tampa, FL; a son, Mark Edward Priest of FL; a sister, Margie Bodenhamer (Kelly Henson) of Mountain Home, AR; a brother, Timmy Priest (Betty) of Savannah, TN; three grandchildren, Brandon Wolpers, Tiffany Daniel, and Sierra McFerson. Mr. Priest is also survived by two great-grandchildren with one more on the way; and several nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents J.W. and Dessie Viola Priest; a son, David Priest; and a brother, Bobby Priest.
A private family memorial service will be held in his honor. Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting.
