Mr. Raba Norris Milligan, age 81, of Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Overton County Health and Rehabilitation.
He was born in Clifton, Wayne County, Tennessee on Saturday, February 25, 1939 to the late Virgil and Mary (Prater) Milligan. Norris served our great country as a Marine. He loved his family and friends very much, and he will be greatly missed. The family has chosen cremation.
Survivors include wife, F. Marilyn (Goodman) Milligan; two step-daughters; two granddaughters; one great-grandson; four brothers, Gary Milligan, Gerry Milligan, Alton Milligan, and Marlin Milligan. A host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends also survive.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Milligan was preceded in death by four brothers, Dean Milligan, Lee Eldon Milligan, Keith Milligan, and Dale Milligan.
