A NEW BRANCH FACILITY
Notice is hereby given that the Wayne County Bank, 216 S. High Street, Waynesboro, Tennessee, has made application on March 1, 2021 to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions to open a branch in Lawrence County, Tennessee, known as Citizens Bank of Lawrence County, a Branch of Wayne County Bank, located at 2144 N. Locust Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director (DSC) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Area Office at 6060 Primacy Parkway, Suite 300, Memphis, Tennessee, 38119, not later than March 18, 2021. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the Area Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
