Orin Sean Daniel Arrested for Meth, Evading Arrest

   Orin Sean Daniel, age 45, of Waynesboro was arrested on Tuesday, March 3rd on charges of evading arrest, resisting stop/arrest, manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation. Deputy Spencer Ray performed a traffic stop on the vehicle in which Daniel was a passenger for a license plate that was not properly lighted. When the vehicle came to a stop, Daniel allegedly got out and attempted to run away. Deputy Ray was able to apprehend Daniel, who allegedly resisted multiple times when Deputy Ray commanded him to put his hands behind his back. A search of the vehicle revealed a black bag that Daniel allegedly claimed was his. The bag allegedly contained multiple baggies that held 3.98 grams of methamphetamine, multiple syringes, and a digital scale. Daniel was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
