Sale at public auction will be on January 15, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., local time, at the East Door of the Wayne County Courthouse, 100 Court Circle , Waynesboro, TN 38485, pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed by JAMES SHANNON BREWER and ANNA BREWER for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS. INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, A TENNESSEE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Beneficiary, dated July 11, 2014, of record in Instrument Number 67338, Book 166, Page 6 in the Registers of Deeds Oce for Wayne County, Tennessee, (“Deed of Trust”), conducted by James E.
