Mrs. Minnie Nora Melton Gobble was born March 26, 1931 in Bear Creek , AL, the daughter of Ulysses S. Melton and Myrtle Estes Melton. Mrs. Gobble was a homemaker. She was united in marriage to Ronald Gobble who preceded her in death. Mrs. Gobble departed this life on Thursday November 11, 2021 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 90 Years, 7 Months and 16 Days.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Gobble of Lawrenceburg, TN, Brenda Adams and husband Douglas of Clifton, TN; two sons, Terry Gobble and Mikel Gobble, both of Lawrenceburg, TN; and a sister, Mildred Linderman of Decatur, AL.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Gobble was preceded in death by a son, Randy Gobble; three sisters, Mae Haddock, Ora Gallaher, and Opal Grey.
Services were held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro, Tennessee. Burial followed in the Highland Methodist Church Cemetery at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
