   Margaret Nell Stricklin Wylie was born May 9, 1950 in Lutts, TN,  the daughter of the late Billy and Jewel Irene Melson Stricklin. Mrs. Wylie was married in 1975 to her first husband, John Franklin Wylie and remained married until his passing in 2005. Mrs. Wylie later married James Hale and remained married some 17 years. She was a Quality Control Manufacturing Inspector, enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and was of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Wylie departed this life on Sunday, October 3, 2021at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 4 Months, 24 Days.

   She is survived by husband, James Hale (he passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021); two sons, Lance Wylie  and wife, Mary Beth  and Steve Moore and wife, Kristy all  of Waynesboro, TN; four grandchildren, Jacob Wylie, Gracie Wylie, Erica Pigg and husband, Cody, Nathan Moore and wife, Nina; five great-grandchildren, Abigail, Creed and Colt Pigg, Bo and Willow Moore; two sisters, Frances  Staggs of Waynesboro, TN and Billie Ann Robbins of Collinwood, TN and one niece and three nephews. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wylie was preceded in death by her daughter, Marcia Wylie; two brothers, Larry and Bobby Stricklin; and a sister, Lisa Stricklin. 

   Services will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with John E. Banks and Johnny Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation was held Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 6-9 PM and again Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 9:00 AM till service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Cody Pigg, Nathan Moore, Luke Robbins, Jonathon Robbins, Jeff Stricklin, Daniel Melson, and Scott Brewer.
