Linda R. Nowlin was born in Waynesboro, Tennessee on April 17, 1944 the daughter of the late John Henry and Mary Ruth Riley Kilburn. Linda lived most of her life in Memphis, Tennessee and worked as a paralegal. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Memphis. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and reading.
She departed this life on Sunday, September 5, 2021 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 19 days.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Laura Nowlin Majors of Savannah, Tennessee; grandson, Jackson Leland Majors; sisters, Doris Heidbrink of Memphis, Tennessee and Judy McDonald and her husband Larry of Waynesboro, Tennessee; brothers, Cleo Kilburn and his wife Tracy of Waynesboro, Tennessee and Leo Kilburn and his wife Earline of Florence, Alabama; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
