Larry Neal Pigg Arrested for Driving on Revoked, Resisting Arrest

   Larry Neal Pigg, age 70, of Cypress Inn, Tennessee was arrested on Friday, October 25th on charges of resisting stop or arrest and driving on revoked 6th offense. Deputy Dillon Allen filed a report stating that he conducted a traffic stop on Pigg’s vehicle on J.B. Pigg Road for having no taillights. When Deputy Allen ran Pigg’s information through dispatch, it was confirmed that his driver’s license was revoked. When the deputy asked Pigg multiple times to exit his vehicle, Pigg allegedly refused, and when Deputy Allen attempted to restrain him, Pigg allegedly resisted. Pigg was ultimately taken to the ground and placed under arrest. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $11,000.00 bond.
