June Alice Lambert Caperton was born June 3, 1946 and departed this life on January 17, 2021 at the age of 74 years after a brief illness.
Mrs. Caperton was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Pauline Cromwell Lambert; husband, Clarence “Foxy” Caperton; son, Jeffery Caperton; grandson, Michael Caperton; and two brothers.
She is survived by her son, David Lambert (Amy) of Lutts, TN; daughter, Sharon Butler (Ronnie) of St. Joseph, TN; grandchildren, Daniel Caperton (Erin), Nicholas Caperton (Chelsie), Monica Bratcher (Joel), Victoria Lambert, Andrew Lambert, Justin Vaughn, Emily Reed, Kenlee Butler, Hunter Caperton; great-grandchildren Addilyn, Peyton, Corbin, Brynna, Marlie, Nord, and Asher; three brothers and four sisters.
Funeral services were held January 20, 2021 with Tim Hanback officiating, including a memorial service for her son Jeffery Alvin Caperton. Burial of mother and son followed at Hollis Cemetery.
