Judgments Issued in Wayne County Circuit Court by Judge David Allen

   Following are the judgments filed by Judge David L. Allen in the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County during the month of June 2021:

   Blake Barkley pled and was found guilty of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, felony escape, and felon in possession of a firearm, all class E felonies; interference with an emergency call, a class A misdemeanor; and driving on revoked, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a total package of 11 years in TDOC, and will receive credit for time served from 04/04/2019 to 04/04/2019, from 06/11/2019 to 10/15/2019, and from 04/23/2020 to 06/24/2021.

   Joshua Wade Benedict pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony; theft of $2,500 or more but less than $10,000 and filing a false report, both class D felonies; retaliation for past action, a class E felony; and DUI, simple possession of schedule IV Alprazolam, simple possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to a total of 11 years in TDOC on the felony charges and 11 months 29 days in county jail on each of the misdemeanor charges, and was ordered to pay $3,650 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 09/15/2020 to 09/22/2020 and from 12/08/2020 to 06/14/2021.

   Jordan Brown pled and was found guilty on three counts of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to a total package of 12 years in TDOC, and was ordered to pay $6,000 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 01/17/2021 to 06/14/2021.

   Orin Daniel pled and was found guilty of simple possession of methamphetamine and evading arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently. Daniel was ordered to pay $800 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 10/20/2020 to 06/24/2021.

   Austin Isaac Gunn pled and was found guilty of facilitation of the sale of meth less than 0.5 grams, a class D felony. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC, which was reduced to four years supervised probation. Gunn was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 10/19/2020 to 06/14/2021.

   Olivia Denise Holt pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount less than .05 grams, a class C felony. She was sentenced to six years in TDOC, with the sentence reduced to supervised probation after serving one year. Holt was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. She will receive credit for time served from 10/19/2020 to 11/18/2020.

   Donnie Ray Kelley, Jr. pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to ten years in TDOC, with the sentence reduced to supervised probation after serving 365 days. He will receive credit for time served from 11/12/2020 to 01/20/2021.

   Luis Manuel Medina pled and was found guilty of simple possession of methamphetamine, a class A misdemeanor, and violation of the registration law, a class C misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail, with the sentence reduced to supervised probation after serving 30 days. Medina was ordered to pay $775 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 04/26/2021 to 06/14/2021.

   David Miley pled and was found guilty on three counts of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to 12 years in TDOC on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay $4,000 in fines. Miley will receive credit for time served from 08/19/2020 to 06/14/2021.

   Jesse Marion Price pled and was found guilty on two counts of simple possession of methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and driving on revoked, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on the class A misdemeanors and six months in county jail on the class B misdemeanor charge, with the sentences to run concurrently and to be reduced to supervised probation after serving 32 days. Price was ordered to pay $1,600 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 05/05/2021 to 06/14/2021.

   Chrystal Vaughn Robbins pled and was found guilty on three counts of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more and one count of criminal responsibility for the sale of methamphetamine, both class B felonies. She was sentenced to eight years in TDOC on each of the charges, with the sentences to run concurrently. Robbins was ordered to pay $8,000 in fines.

   Brandon Stevenson pled and was found guilty on four counts of sale of methamphetamine in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to 12 years in TDOC on each charge, with the sentences to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay $8,000 in fines. Stevenson will receive credit for time served from 10/19/2020 to 06/14/2021.

   James Michael Vaughn pled and was found guilty on two counts of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony; sale of Xanax, a class D felony; and simple possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a total of 12 years in TDOC, and was ordered to pay $2,250 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 06/22/2020 to 06/24/2021.
