Judgments Issued by Judge Russell Parkes in Wayne County Circuit Court

   Following are the judgments and probation revocation orders filed by Judge J. Russell Parkes in the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County during the month of June 2020:

   Jason Ray Bradley pled and was found guilty of burglary other than a habitation, a class D felony, and burglary of an auto, a class E felony. He was sentenced to a total of five years in TDOC, with the sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Bradley was also ordered to pay $355 in restitution to William Myers Parker. He will receive credit for time served from 02/20/2020 to 06/25/2020.

   Al Dwight Carroll pled and was found guilty of theft $1,000-$2,500, a class E felony. He was sentenced to three years in TDOC, and was ordered to pay restitution to John Myers in the amount of $3,000. Carroll will receive credit for time served from 12/06/2019 to 06/25/2020.

   Stacy Belsha Cole pled and was found guilty on three counts of possession of schedule II methamphetamine, a class B felony. She was sentenced to ten years in TDOC on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently, and was ordered to pay $6,000 in fines.

   Thomas James Craig pled and was found guilty on two counts of aggravated assault, a class C felony. He was sentenced to five years in TDOC on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. Craig will receive credit for time served from 12/27/2019 to 06/25/2020.

   Miranda Haggard originally pled and was found guilty of attempted possession of meth for resale, a class C felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of eight years. She was also ordered to pay $2,000 in fines.

   Roy Dee Horton pled and was found guilty of possession of schedule II methamphetamine, a class B felony. He was sentenced to ten years in TDOC, which was reduced to ten years supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines.

   Michael Shayne Kelley pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, possession of meth for resale in an amount less than 0.5 grams in a drug-free zone, and four counts of sale of meth in an amount less than 0.5 grams within a drug-free zone, all class B felonies; and one count each of possession of schedule II morphine and possession of schedule III Suboxone, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to a total package of eight years in TDOC and ten years supervised probation on the felony charges, and 11 months 29 days in county jail on each of the misdemeanor charges. He was also ordered to pay $6,250 in fines. Kelley will receive credit for time served from 12/30/2019 to 02/18/2020 and from 05/19/2020 to 06/11/2020.

   Luis Manuel Medina pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or less, a class C felony. He was sentenced to six years in TDOC, which was reduced to six years supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. Medina will receive credit for time served from 01/01/2020 to 06/08/2020.

   Sharon Annette Morton pled and was found guilty on two counts of possession of schedule II methamphetamine, a class B felony. She was sentenced to ten years in TDOC on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. She will receive credit for time served from 01/10/2020 to 06/25/2020.

   Chandler Blake Pigg pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more and three counts of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, both class B felonies; possession of morphine for resale, a class C felony; and reckless endangerment, a class E felony. He was sentenced to a total package of eight years in TDOC, and was ordered to forfeit $1,352 to be awarded to the 22nd Judicial Drug Task Force. Pigg was also ordered to pay $6,000 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 10/19/2019 to 10/26/2019 and from 01/15/2020 to 06/11/2020.

   David J. Pitts pled and was found guilty of reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor, and failure to maintain lane, a class C misdemeanor. He received a six-month suspended sentence, was ordered to pay a $250 fine, and was ordered to attend driving school.

   Michael Shane Risner pled and was found guilty of conspiracy to sell meth in an amount of 26 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to ten years in TDOC, which was reduced to ten years supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines.

   Lois Ritenour pled and was found guilty of conspiracy to sell meth in an amount of 26 grams or more and possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, both class B felonies. She was sentenced to ten years in TDOC on each charge, with the sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently, and was ordered to pay $4,000 in fines.

   April A. Rumbaugh pled and was found guilty of conspiracy to sell meth in an amount of 26 grams or more, a class B felony. She was sentenced to ten years in TDOC, which was reduced to ten years supervised probation, and was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. She will receive credit for time served from 01/13/2020 to 06/08/2020.

   Bennie Dwain Stults, Jr. pled and was found guilty of theft of property $10,000-$60,000, a class C felony. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC, which was reduced to four years supervised probation. He will receive credit for time served from 12/27/2019 to 06/25/2020.

   Patricia Baylee Atkinson was originally convicted on a charge of sale of schedule II meth in an amount less than 0.5 grams. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 90 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 11/08/2019 to 11/15/2019.

   Henry Marshall Murphy was originally convicted on a charge of aggravated assault. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 30 days in county jail. His probation will then be extended for an additional year. Murphy was ordered to attend and complete an anger management class. He will receive credit for time served from 05/18/2020 to 06/11/2020.

   Ronald Dean Staggs was originally convicted on charges of false imprisonment, aggravated assault x 2, resisting arrest, and violation of an order of protection. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 100 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 03/07/2020 to 03/09/2020.

   Hardin Lee Stults was originally convicted on two counts of burglary of an auto and one count of theft under $1,000. He received a full revocation of probation, and was ordered to serve the remainder of his original sentence of two years. He will receive credit for time served from 08/23/2019 to 02/10/2020 and from 04/20/2020 to 06/11/2020.
