OnTuesday, December 10th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:
Andrew Joel Bratcher pled and was found guilty of theft of $1,000 or less, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail, which was reduced to 11 months 29 days supervised probation. He was ordered to pay restitution to the Bank of Collinwood in the amount of $1,170.00.
Erica Ann Brewer pled and was found guilty of simple possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on both charges, with the charges reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Brewer was ordered to pay $900 in fines. She will receive credit for time served from 01/15/2019 to 01/16/2019 and from 11/20/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Timothy Lynn Holt pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more and possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, both class B felonies; simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft of $1,000 or less, all class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each of the misdemeanor charges, and nine years in TDOC on each of the felony charges. All sentences are to run concurrently. Holt was also ordered to pay restitution to Rebel Pawn Shop in the amount of $50.00. He will receive credit for time served from 11/22/2018 to 11/28/2018 and from 03/15/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Colby Daniel Mathis pled and was found guilty of aggravated burglary, a class C felony, and theft of $1,000 or less, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor charges, which was reduced to 11 months 29 days supervised probation. He was sentenced to six years in TDOC on the felony charge, with the sentence reduced to supervised probation after serving 120 days. Mathis was ordered to pay $250 in restitution to Danielle Nicole Reeves. He will receive credit for time served from 08/20/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Jacob Peppers pled and was found guilty of burglary of an auto, a class E felony, and two counts of theft $2,500 – $10,000, a class D felony. He was sentenced to a total of four years in TDOC, with the sentences reduced to supervised probation.
Chrystal Vaughn Robbins pled and was found guilty on three counts of sale of meth in an amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony. She was sentenced to a total of ten years in TDOC, which was reduced to one year in TDOC and the remainder of the sentence reduced to supervised probation. She will receive credit for time served from 03/17/2019 to 03/24/2019 and from 05/19/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Desiree Sarraga pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more and possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, both class B felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to ten years in TDOC on each of the felony charges, and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor charge. The sentences were combined into one ten-year package, and reduced to ten years supervised probation.
Kayla Worley pled and was found guilty of possession of schedule V Gabapentin, a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail, which was reduced to 11 months 29 days supervised probation. She was ordered to pay $750 in fines. Worley will receive credit for time served from 12/08/2018 to 12/08/2018 and from 12/02/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Ravi Jasvantkumer Patel pled down on a charge of sale of drug paraphernalia, and was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Patel applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of 11 months 29 days.
Jessica Lynn Walkington pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of six years. She was ordered to pay $2,000.00 in fines.
On Tuesday, December 10th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes filed the following probation revocation orders:
Jarrod Creasy was originally convicted on two counts of sale of meth and one count of burglary other than a habitation. He received a full revocation of probation, and was ordered to serve the remainder of the original sentence. He will receive credit for time served from 01/11/2017 to 08/09/2017, from 09/01/2018 to 11/10/2018, from 09/06/2019 to 10/22/2019, and from 12/06/2019 to 12/09/2019.
Kayla Russell was originally convicted on a charge of facilitation of sale of meth. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 60 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 11/20/2019 to 12/09/2019. The order stated that Russell will attempt to get into a meth rehab, and if she does, the state will agree for her to go.
Matthew Staggs was originally convicted on two counts of reckless endangerment. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving an unstated amount of time in county jail.
OnThursday, December 12th, 2019, Judge Christopher V. Sockwell of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:
Gary Gene Butler, Jr. pled and was found guilty on three counts of forgery up to $1,000, a class E felony, and simple possession of methamphetamine, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each charge, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $208.27 in restitution to Wayne County Bank, and ordered to pay $750 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 02/25/2019 to 03/31/2019 and from 09/21/2019 to 12/12/2019.
Christopher Demarco Clark pled and was found guilty of delivery of cocaine under 0.5 grams and introduction of contraband into a penal institution, both class C felonies. He was sentenced to five years in TDOC on each charge, with the charges reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. Clark will receive credit for time served from 11/1/2019 to 12/12/2019.
Ronald Dean Staggs pled and was found guilty of false imprisonment, a class E felony; two counts of aggravated assault, a class C felony; and resisting arrest, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a total of eight years in TDOC on the felony charges, and six months in county jail on the misdemeanor charge. The sentences were combined into a five-year package and reduced to supervised probation. Staggs will receive credit for time served from 10/28/2017 to 02/15/2018.

Rocky Duane Caudell was originally convicted on a charge of aggravated burglary. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving one year in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 11/07/2019 to 12/12/2019.
Christina Staggs Hunt was originally convicted for evading arrest, failure to appear, and two counts of reckless endangerment. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 180 days in county jail.
April Nicole Thrasher was originally convicted on charges of willful neglect, abuse of an adult, and forgery. She was granted diversionary probation, with her original probation sentence ended for time served.
OnThursday, January 16th, 2020, Judge J. Russell Parkes filed the following judgments:
Philip Berry pled and was found guilty on two counts of burglary other than a habitation, a class D felony; one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, a class E felony; two counts of criminal simulation (counterfeit money), also a class E felony; and one count each of simple possession and simple possession/casual exchange, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to a total package of seven years in TDOC, with the sentenced reduced to supervised probation. Berry was ordered to pay restitution to Gene Davidson in the amount of $1,450.00.
Johnathan Kirk Bogus pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to eight years in TDOC. He will receive credit for time served from 08/22/2019 to 01/13/2020.
Christian Jeremiah Brewer pled and was found guilty of reckless endangerment and evading arrest, both class E felonies. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC on the reckless endangerment charge and one year in TDOC on the charge of evading arrest, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run consecutively.
Benjamin Lynn Bruce pled and was found guilty on charges of simple possession/casual exchange of meth, simple possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, all class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each charge, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation. Bruce was ordered to pay $1,150.00 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 10/07/2019 to 01/13/2020.
Bobby Louis Daniels pled and was found guilty of evading arrest and reckless endangerment, both class E felonies; reckless aggravated assault, a class D felony; and resisting arrest, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a total of five years in TDOC on the felony charges, and six months in county jail on the misdemeanor charge.
Brian Edward Schalmo pled and was found guilty on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm, a class C felony. He was sentenced to three years in county jail, which was reduced to three years supervised probation.

Andrew Louis Halsey was originally convicted on a charge of aggravated burglary. He received a full revocation of probation, and was ordered to serve the remainder of his original sentence of three years. He will receive credit for time served from 05/31/2017 to 09/08/2017, from 10/13/2017 to 01/04/2018, from 01/10/2019 to 02/23/2019, and from 12/29/2019 to 01/16/2020.
Jake Long was originally convicted on charges of sexual contact with an inmate and official misconduct. He received a revocation of judicial diversion, and was placed on probation for a period of three years with credit for time served.
Jordan D. Powers was originally convicted on charges of simple possession of meth and possession of meth for resale. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving six months in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 12/13/2019 to 01/16/2020.
William Charles Ray was originally convicted on a charge of statutory rape. He received a full revocation of probation, and was ordered to serve the remainder of his original sentence of two years.
