OnTuesday, November 12th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:
Tyler Burns pled and was found guilty of simple possession/casual exchange of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each charge, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. He was ordered to pay $900 in fines.
Curtus Wayne Kiddy pled and was found guilty of especially aggravated stalking, a class C felony, and violation of the sex offender registry, a class E felony. He was sentenced to a total of eight years in TDOC, with the sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run consecutively. Kiddy was ordered to have no contact with Cody Pigg, his wife, or his children, and no contact with 623 Highway 64 West in Waynesboro. He will receive credit for time served from 06/12/2019 to 11/12/2019.
Justin Lee Lambert pled and was found guilty of theft of $2,500 or more but less than $10,000 and burglary other than a habitation, both class D felonies; and theft over $1,000 but less than $2,500 and burglary of an auto, both class E felonies. He was sentenced to four years in TDOC on each of the class D felonies and two years in TDOC on each of the class E felonies, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Lambert was ordered to pay restitution to Dennis Butler in the amount of $7,180 and to Jimmy Ray Hanback in the amount of $2,000. He will receive credit for time served from 05/24/2019 to 11/12/2019.
Krishna Anna-Cate Langford pled and was found guilty of theft of property $10,000-$60,000, a class C felony; burglary other than a habitation, a class D felony; two counts of burglary of an auto, a class E felony; unlawful possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor; and two counts of theft of $1,000 or less, also a class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to a total of 12 years in TDOC on the felony charges and 11 months 29 days in county jail on each of the misdemeanor charges, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. She was ordered to pay restitution to Brandon L. Staggs in the amount of $2,000. Langford will receive credit for time served from 05/21/2019 to 11/12/2019.
Robert E. Moore III pled and was found guilty of simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each charge, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run consecutively. Moore was ordered to pay $400 in fines, and ordered to forfeit the $510 seized from him upon his arrest. He will receive credit for time served from 12/03/2018 to 12/15/2018 and from 08/30/2019 to 10/12/2019.
Victoria Pulley pled and was found guilty of tampering with evidence, a class C felony; evading arrest and reckless endangerment, both class E felonies; simple possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor. She was sentenced to a total of five years in TDOC on the felony charges and a total of 17 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor charges, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Pulley was ordered to pay $300 in restitution to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. She will receive credit for time served from 06/26/2019 to 11/12/2019.
Austin Templeton pled and was found guilty of reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months in county jail, which was reduced to supervised probation. He was ordered to pay $50 in fines.
Kimberly Vinzant pled and was found guilty on six counts of burglary, a class D felony; three counts of theft of $2,500 or more but less than $10,000, also a class D felony; and three counts of theft over $1,000 but less than $2,500, a class E felony. She was sentenced to two years in TDOC on each charge, with all of the sentences reduced to supervised probation. Vinzant was ordered to pay restitution to Brett Matthew Rinehart in the amount of $2,750, to Ashley Hayes in the amount of $1,200, to Verna Lynn Miller in the amount of $3,350, to Anthral Thomas Copeland in the amount of $2,000, to Linda Scott in the amount of $1,500, and to John Allen Brown in the amount of $1,350.
Terry Steven Williams pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to ten years in TDOC. He will receive credit for time served from 11/11/2019 to 11/12/2019.
On Tuesday, November 12th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation order:
Lee Brice McCurry was originally convicted of possession of over 0.5 grams of meth for resale and possession of a weapon. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving 45 days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 09/28/2019 to 10/12/2019.
OnThursday, November 14th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments:
Eric C. Daniel pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentenced to 12 years in TDOC, which was reduced to 12 years supervised probation.
Kenneth Andrew Welcher pled and was found guilty on nine counts of burglary of an auto, a class E felony. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC on each charge, with the sentences reduced to a total of five years supervised probation. Welcher was ordered to pay restitution to the City of Waynesboro in the amount of $200. He will receive credit for time served from 06/04/2019 to 11/14/2019.
On Thursday, November 14th, 2019, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following probation revocation orders:
Artavious M. Ellison was originally convicted on charges of introduction of contraband into a penal facility and possession of schedule VI for delivery. He received a full revocation of probation, and was ordered to serve the original sentence imposed. He will receive credit for time served from 06/20/2018 to 07/26/2018 and from 10/14/2019 to 11/14/2019.
Gregory Allen Vaughn was originally convicted on charges of sale of schedule III, sale of schedule IV, burglary, and theft over $1,000. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving one year in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 10/08/2019 to 11/14/2019.
OnFriday, November 15th, 2019, Judge Stella Hargrove of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgment:
Nicky Lee Langford pled and was found guilty of convicted felon in possession of a weapon, a class E felony. He was sentenced to six years in TDOC, which was reduced to six years supervised probation. He will receive credit for time served from 05/10/2018 to 05/14/2018. As a condition of probation, Langford was ordered to obtain his driver’s license.
