OnMonday, February 10th, 2020, Judge J. Russell Parkes of the Criminal/Circuit Court of Wayne County filed the following judgments and probation revocation orders:
Nathan Paul Atwell pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony, and felon in possession of a firearm, a class E felony. He was sentenced to six years in TDOC on the class B felony and two years in TDOC in the class E felony, with the sentences to run concurrently. Atwell was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines and ordered to forfeit his weapon to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He will receive credit for time served from 09/07/2019 to 10/18/2019 and from 01/17/2020 to 02/10/2020. Atwell also received a full revocation of probation on previous charges of evading arrest, felony escape, and driving on revoked 2nd offense.
Roger Lee Hunt pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony; convicted felon in possession of a weapon, a class E felony; simple possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, also a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in county jail on each of the misdemeanor charges, with those charges to run concurrently. He was sentenced to six years in TDOC on the class C misdemeanor and two years in TDOC on the class E felony, with those sentences to run consecutively. Hunt was ordered to pay a total of $2,400 in fines, and was ordered to forfeit his weapon to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. He will receive credit for time served from 09/07/2019 to 02/10/2020.
Russell Dwain Moore pled and was found guilty of sale of meth in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony. He was sentence to ten years in TDOC, with the sentence reduced to ten years supervised probation after serving one year. He was ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. Moore will receive credit for time served from 09/21/2019 to 02/10/2020.
Paul Henry Robinson pled and was found guilty of felon in possession of a firearm, a class C felony, and simple possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to three years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. He was also ordered to pay $300 in fines. Robinson will receive credit for time served from 10/5/2019 to 02/10/2020.
Hardin Stults pled and was found guilty on two counts of burglary of an auto, a class E felony, and theft of $1,000 or less, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a total of four years in TDOC on the felony charges and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with all sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Stults was ordered to pay $600 in restitution to Kelly Mobile Homes. He will receive credit for time served from 08/23/2019 to 02/10/2020.
Haley Harville originally pled and was found guilty of possession of marijuana for resale, a class E felony, and introduction of contraband into a penal facility, a class D felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of five years.
Carrie Hunt originally pled and was found guilty of introduction of contraband into a penal facility, a class D felony. She applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years.
Krishna Anna-Cate Langford was originally convicted on charges of burglary other than habitation, auto burglary X 2, theft of $1,000 or less X 2, theft $10,000-$60,000, and unlawful possession of a weapon. She received a partial revocation of probation with probation to be reinstated after serving 90 days in county jail. She will receive credit for time served from 01/31/2020 to 02/10/2020.

George Wesley Dixon pled and was found guilty of possession of schedule VI for resale, a class E felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation after serving 270 days. The sentences are to run concurrently. Dixon was ordered to pay $2,150 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 11/20/2019 to 02/13/2020.
Marshall F. Dixon pled and was found guilty of DUI 4th offense, a class E felony, and driving on a revoked license, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with both sentences reduced to supervised probation and to run concurrently. Dixon will lose his driver’s license for a period of eight years, and was ordered to pay $3,000 in fines.He will receive credit for time served from 02/08/2020 to 02/13/2020.
Jammie Lynn McFall pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount less than 0.5 grams, a class C felony; possession of schedule IV Tramadol for resale, theft of $2,500 or more but less than $10,000, and burglary other than a habitation, all class D felonies; and resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve a total of eight years in TDOC, and was ordered to pay restitution to Ryan Schoon in the amount of $5,035. McFall was also ordered to pay $4,100 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 10/30/2017 to 11/30/2017, from 03/21/2018 to 04/23/2018, from 09/27/2018 to 11/07/2018, and from 09/19/2019 to 02/05/2020.
Glenn Reeves pled and was found guilty of possession of meth for resale in an amount of 0.5 grams or more, a class B felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to eight years in TDOC on the felony charge and 11 months 29 days in county jail on the misdemeanor, with the sentences to run concurrently. Reeves was ordered to pay $2,150 in fines. He will receive credit for time served from 12/12/2019 to 02/13/2020.
Jesse James Rumbaugh was originally convicted on one count of theft over $1,000 but less than $2,500, and four counts of auto burglary, all class E felonies. He applied for and was granted an order of judicial diversion on all counts, and was placed on supervised probation for a period of 36 months. Rumbaugh was ordered to pay $526 in restitution to Dorothy Hensley and $1 in restitution to Billy Holt. He will receive credit for time served from 08/14/2019 to 09/04/2019.
Anthony Wayne Dedrick was originally convicted on a charge of sale of schedule II Hydrocodone. He received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving ten days in county jail. He will receive credit for time served from 01/13/2020 to 01/16/2020.
Allison Desiree Sarraga was originally convicted on charges of sale of meth, possession of meth for resale, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a partial revocation of probation, with probation to be reinstated after serving one year in county jail. Furlough will be granted to Love Lady Center in Birmingham, AL for a period of one year.
