Jonathan Arlin Pulley, age 31, of Waynesboro, was arrested on multiple charges on Friday, June 4th. Deputy Austin Lanier filed a report stating that he responded to a burglary call at 1012 Long Hollow Road, where Ronald Pulley alleged that Jonathan Pulley was inside the residence and did not have permission to be there. When Deputy Lanier entered the residence to arrest Pulley on an outstanding failure to appear warrant, Pulley allegedly resisted being taken into custody. When Deputy Lanier was able to restrain Pulley and pat him down for weapons, he allegedly discovered a large blade, a metal box containing multiple used syringes and needles, a plastic bag containing 0.7 grams of methamphetamine, and a small bottle containing melted methamphetamine. Pulley was arrested on charges of failure to appear, burglary, resisting arrest, possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
