Jessie Bell Goins, age 79, of Owasso, Oklahoma passed away with family by her side on Tuesday, May 18th, 2021 after a brief illness. She was born on September 26, 1941 in Waynesboro, Tennessee to Elmer and Kate Staggs.
Ms. Jessie Bell was fiercely loyal and loved her family beyond measure. She always put others’ needs before her own, even to a fault. She appreciated the simple things in life such as a great cup of coffee, comfy pajamas, having her beautiful hair fancied up, playing tug of war with furry grandpup Harper, but nothing could get her hyped like a good Fats Domino record. She was a fabulous cook and could whip up comfort meals that have yet to be surpassed.
She is survived by her daughters Barbara Goins of Owasso, OK; Brenda Martin and husband Bob of Miami, OK; and Diana Goins of Broken Arrow, OK; her granddaughter Stephanie Provence and husband Bryan; grandson Brandon Maples; great-grandchildren Chloe, Dawson, Kylie, Maddix, Sofia, and Lydia, all of Miami, OK; numerous nieces and nephews including Sherry Carroll, Kim Scott, Jeff Staggs, Mike Staggs, Marcie Griggs, Ethan Tilley, Vickey Victory, Kenneth Lemay, Judy Skelton and sister-in-law Charlotte Staggs, all of Tennessee.
