Jeremy Leon Hilton Arrested for Assault, Theft

   Jeremy Leon Hilton, age 35, listed as homeless, was arrested on Friday, July 9th on charges of aggravated assault, theft of services under $1,000, and theft of property $2,500-$10,000. According to the arrest report filed by Deputy Brent Butler, Hilton allegedly assaulted his mother, Nancy Hilton, by hitting her in the head and choking her. He then allegedly took his mother’s cell phone and left the residence in a vehicle belonging to another of his mother’s sons. Hilton was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $62,500.00 bond.
