My name is Jeremy Heard, and I am the son of John and Darlene Heard of Collinwood, TN. I am announcing my candidacy for County Commissioner for the 4th District. I am both a lifelong Wayne County resident and Wayne County High School graduate, residing in the Collinwood area my entire life.
