Jay passed away November 29. He was preceded in death by his son Mark and siblings James, Louise, Marie, Doris, Harold, Robert, and David. He is survived by his wife of 63 years (Rowena), son Douglas, and daughter Leslie.
A celebration of life will be held January 25th in Arizona.
