   James Hershel Brewer, Collinwood, Tennessee, was born December 16, 1941 in Wayne County, Tennessee, the son of the late William Wayne and Pauline Kephart Brewer. Marrying Barbara Louise Qualls, July 3, 1965, she preceded him in death, May 21, 2011. He was a retired fork-lift operator at Murray Ohio Manufacturing and of the Baptist faith. He departed this life Friday, April 17, 2020 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 4 Months, 1 Day.

   Survivors, sons, James Anthony Brewer, wife, Jancie and Kenny Wayne Brewer, wife, Michele all of Collinwood, TN; son-in-law, Jason Stricklin, Lexington, AL; grandchildren, Megan Liles, husband, Josh, Jamie Ann White, husband, Nick, Jace Brewer, Kassidy Brewer, Alyssa Stricklin, Caleb Stricklin; great-grandchildren, Boone and Paul J. White and Alexia, Kimber and Rylan Liles; brothers, Leon Brewer and David Brewer, wife, Janie all of Collinwood, TN; sister, Louita Wilson, Prudenville, MI; several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and parents, Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by daughter, Tosha Lynn Brewer Stricklin; brothers, Louil and Edward Wayne Brewer and sister, Mary Ann Brewer.

   Private family graveside service and burial was Saturday, April 18, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Jackson Cemetery, Cypress Inn, Tennessee. Ricky Nelson officiated and Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County assisted the family.
