It’s time to get registered for the 12th Annual Butterfly 5K, which will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the City Park in Waynesboro. There are several ways to do that: 1.) register in person at People’s Bank in Waynesboro; 2.) pick up a registration form at businesses across the county, fill it out, and mail it in to Jim Beavers at P.O. Box 64, Waynesboro, TN 38485 along with a check to The Butterfly Foundation; or 3.) register on-line at butterfly5k.itsyourrace.com. If you are running on the day of the race, click the “In Person” option. Anyone who will be running in the Virtual 5K MUST register on-line. Virtual runners need to click on the “Virtual” option. Virtual runners will not be eligible for an award but will receive their shirt and participation medal in the mail shortly after race day. Former runners should receive a registration form in the mail by next week. If you need a form and can’t find one, contact Jim Beavers at [email protected] to request one.
Pre-register by May 17th in order to be guaranteed to receive the t-shirt of your size and blend choice.
Sponsorship forms need to be turned in by April 9th. If you need a sponsorship form, contact Jim Beavers and he will send you one.
