Iron City Woman Arrested for Methamphetamine

   Tiffany Leann Moreno, age 38, of Iron City, was arrested on Sunday, July 12^th on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Brett Rinehart filed a report stating that while patrolling on Cook Road, he turned around to check a suspicious vehicle and the vehicle sped off on Stooksberry Road. Deputy Rinehart had lost sight of the vehicle when he saw movement in the woods at the end of Stooksberry Road. He went on to locate Moreno, the driver of the vehicle, walking into the woods, and asked her to come back to his patrol vehicle. A search of Moreno’s vehicle then allegedly revealed a plastic bag and four needles, with both the bag and the needles testing positive for methamphetamine. Moreno was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $85,000.00 bond.
