Iron City Man Arrested for Burglary and Theft

   Wesley Allen Atwell, age 31, of Iron City, was arrested on Saturday, January 4^th on charges of burglary and theft over $1,000. According to the report filed by Investigator Matt Retherford, between the dates of August 9^th and August 11^th, 2019, Atwell broke into an outbuilding at 2587 Cooper Ridge Road in Lutts, Tennessee and stole a Stihl chainsaw, a Stihl weedeater, and a Husqvarna backpack. Atwell was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $35,000.00 bond.
