Iron City Man and Woman Arrested on Meth Charges

   Ronald Jesse Brown, age 60, and Melissa Nathalie Victory, age 49, both of Iron City, Tennessee, were arrested on Wednesday, December 18th following a traffic stop at the intersection of Mink Branch Road and Herbert Gallian Drive. Deputy Spencer Ray filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Brown for improper display. After obtaining consent to search the vehicle, Deputy Ray allegedly located a plastic baggie containing approximately 0.4 grams of methamphetamine under the passenger seat. Both Brown and Victory were arrested on charges of manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine, and were booked into the Wayne County Jail on $50,000.00 each.
