The City of Waynesboro, Tennessee will accept bids for Soccer Field Lighting at the City of Waynesboro Sportsplex. Bidders shall submit sealed bids no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST), Friday January 24, 2020, to The City of Waynesboro City Hall, 122 Public Square East, Waynesboro, TN 38485, Attn: John Hickman, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be presented at the Commission meeting on Monday January 27, 2020 at 5:30p.m. to be awarded. Bid specs are as follows: 30 foot candles as required by TSSAA specs, 200 AMP main breaker, 3 phase, 4 wire, 277/480V service installed inside storage building, Lighting controlled by lighting contactors W/ each having individual switches per field, All circuits ran underground W/ copper wire, Power company requires transformer pad and underground conduit, all fees and permits paid by contractor. Sealed envelopes shall be clearly marked with Soccer Field Lighting and include bidder’s company name, contractor license number, classification, and expiration.
The City of Waynesboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
