The City of Waynesboro, Tennessee will accept bids for Golf Carts. Bidders shall submit sealed bids no later than 4:00 p.m. (CST), Friday September 10th, 2021 to The City of Waynesboro City Hall, P.O. Box 471/122 Public Square East, Waynesboro, TN 38485, Attn: John Hickman, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be presented at the Commission meeting on Monday September 13th, 2021 at 5:30p.m. to be awarded. Bid specs are as follows:
Golf Carts must be 2022 Models, Yamaha Make, White in Color, Have 357cc minimum engine, Fold Down Windshields, Turf Tires W/ 8” Steel Wheels and Hub Caps, and include four year limited warranty. Price must include trade in of 15 existing carts owned by city.
Sealed envelopes shall be clearly marked with “Golf Carts” and include bidder’s company name, contact, and information. The City of Waynesboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
