In this action it appearing from the Complaint which is sworn to that the residence and whereabouts of the above named Defendants, Nicholas McFall and Chad Fielder, are unknown, they are, therefore, hereby required to serve upon W. Andrew Yarbrough, Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 456, Waynesboro, TN 38485, an answer to the Complaint within thirty (30) days subsequent to August 11, 2021, otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
It is further ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Wayne County News.
