A COMPLAINT has been filed against you by the Plaintiff, Tammy Berry. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. It is, therefore, ordered that you respond to this notice by filing an answer to the aforesaid petition in this cause with the Clerk for the Chancery Court, Wayne County, Tennessee and with Attorney Randy Hillhouse, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 787, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 on or before February 6, 2021. A copy of the aforesaid Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk of the Chancery Court, Wayne County, Tennessee. If no answer is filed by February 6, 2021, a Judgment by Default may be taken against you and a hearing to grant a Final Decree will be set without further notice to you. Answer due on or before thirty (30) days from the last publication of this Order.
It is further ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Wayne County News.
