Homeless Man Arrested for Theft of Vehicle

   David Allen Hill, Jr., age 27, listed as homeless, was arrested on Friday, April 24^th on a charge of theft of property over $2,500 but less than $10,000. Investigator Dusty Malugen filed a report stating that on Tuesday, April 21^st, Hill took a 2010 Nissan Altima without the owner’s permission, and told the owner that he was going to drive the vehicle to California. Hill was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $25,000.00 bond.
