Mr. Garry Lee West was born July 10, 1956 in Highland Park, Michigan, the son of the late James Thomas and Billie Jean Copeland West. Mr. West was a Machine Operator. He was united in marriage to Kathy Neal McDowell on March 16, 1992. Mr. West departed this life on June 19, 2020 in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 11 Months, and 9 Days.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Neal West of Waynesboro, TN; a son, Edward F. West of Waynesboro, TN; four grandchildren, Cheyenne Brown, Tamara Graham, Kenneth W. Neal and Angel L. Neal. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. West was preceded in death by a son, David E. Neal, two brothers, James Ray West, Christopher Leon West; and a sister, Linda Gail Daniel.
Services were held on June 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Waynesboro with family officiating. Burial followed in the Jackson Cemetery at Cypress Inn with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting.
