Florence Man Arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle

   Bennie Dwain Stults, Jr., age 50, of Florence, Alabama, was arrested on Sunday, January 1^st on charges of possession of stolen property over $10,000 and felon in possession of a firearm. Investigator Matt Retherford filed a report stating that Stults was found to be in possession of a stolen 2015 Toyota Avalon at 2782 Chisholm Road in Iron City. The vehicle allegedly contained two shotguns and three rifles, and Stults is a convicted felon. He was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
