Florence Man Arrested for Meth, Marijuana

   Zackery Shane White, age 33, of Florence, Alabama, was arrested on Sunday, September 20^th on charges of possession of methamphetamine for resale, possession of schedule VI marijuana with intent, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Tyler McKenzie filed a report stating that he performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by White for a taillight being out. White allegedly told Deputy McKenzie that he had about 10 grams of marijuana inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed 9.4 grams of marijuana, along with approximately 12.5 grams of methamphetamine in a bag next to the marijuana. Also located in the vehicle were plastic bags used to package drugs and a set of digital scales. White was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $110,000.00 bond.
