Mrs. Eleanor Lucille Tate Warren was born January 16, 1918 in Clifton, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Luke Kemp and Virgie Bunch Tate. She was united in marriage to Frank Boyd Warren on March 29, 1941. Mrs. Warren was a seamstress and a member of the Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton, TN. Mrs. Warren departed this life on November 7, 2019 in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 101 Years, 9 Months and 22 Days.
She is survived by two sons, Raymond Carlis Warren (Fannie), Danny Eugene Warren (Eva), both of Clifton, TN; nine grandchildren, Terri Letson (Jeff) of Clifton, TN, Alan Warren of Clifton, TN, Carol Ellison (David) of Savannah, TN, Robert Warren (Mary) of Crump, TN, Todd Stewart (Brenda) of Henderson, TN, Lee Ann Thomas of Henderson, TN, Russell Droke (Espie) of Barlett, TN, Don Shelby (Therese) of Henderson, TN, Shaun Shelby (Gindy) of Clifton, TN; nineteen great-grandchildren, Damien Letson (Elizabeth) of Savannah, TN, Mallory Wilkerson (Randy) of Shiloh, TN, Drake Letson of Waynesboro, TN, Devin Letson of Clifton, TN, John David Ellison (MyKah) of Savannah, TN, Jenna Turner (Seth) of Huntingdon, TN, Tyler Warren (Jessica) of Crump, TN, Jerry Warren (Morgan) of Savannah, TN, Tommy Hannah, Brian Hannah, John Nick Thomas all of Henderson, TN, Megan Cox of Finger, TN, Paige Thomas of Henderson, TN, Carol Droke, Amanda Droke, Lance Droke all of Barlett, TN, Dillon Allen, Jessica Hickerson, and Walker Allen all of Clifton, TN, six great-great-grandchildren, Kaiden Letson, Rhodes Wilkerson, Madi Ellison, Riley Warren, Averly Warren, and Manning Warren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Frank Boyd Warren, a son, Jerry Warren, two brothers, Garland and Clovis Tate, and a sister, Minnie Allen.
Services were held on November 10, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Riverside United Methodist Church in Clifton with Robert Sadler officiating. Burial followed in the Riverside Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers included Jerry and Tyler Warren, John David Ellison, and Devin, Drake, and Damien Letson.
