Dustin Clay Arrested for Possession of Counterfeit Money

   Dustin Pence Clay, age 40, of Waynesboro was arrested on Sunday, October 18th on charges of driving on a revoked/suspended license over five times and possession of counterfeit money. Officer Jonathan Kelly of the Waynesboro Police Department filed a report stating that he allegedly observed Clay driving, and had prior knowledge that Clay’s driver’s license was revoked, which he confirmed through dispatch. When Clay was arrested on the revoked license charge and his wallet was searched by Officer Kelly, the officer allegedly found two counterfeit $100 bills. Clay was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $62,500.00 bond.
