   Douglas Wayne (Tennessee Kidd) Littrell of Cypress Inn, Tennessee was born December 31, 1966 in Waynesboro, Tennessee, the son of James Leo and Annie Ruth “Bubbles” Guin Littrell of Iron City, Tennessee, who survive. He was a truck driver for the Wayne County Highway Department and a farmer.  He enjoyed turkey hunting and crappy fishing (always claiming to have caught the biggest fish). Mr. Littrell departed this life on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at his home at the age of 54 Years, 6 Months and 11 Days.

   Other than his parents, he is survived by his significant other, Rebecca Wright, Cypress Inn, TN; sons, Lucas Littrell, fiance’, Jonathan Garlit, Nashville, TN and Dalton Littrell, Iron City, TN; daughter, Sarah Hunt, husband, Kiefer, Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Kaylee and Kymbree Hunt; brother, Jeff Littrell, wife, Angela, Iron City, TN; niece, Makayla Keeton, husband, Hunter and nephew, Toby Littrell. Doug was a grandson of the late Lois Covington and Lonzo and Annie Guin.

   Services will be Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in Railroad Cemetery, Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County assisting the family. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 9:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be Chuck Covington, Corey Covington, Eddy Miller, Blake Quillen, Bart Littrell and Brent Littrell.
