   David Eugene Rochell was born March 9, 1944 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, the son of the late William Richard and Bertha Ellen Kelly Rochell. He was united in marriage to Linda Sue Tinin on February 1, 1964. Mr. Rochell departed this life on November 26, 2019 in Florence, Alabama at the age of 75 years, 8 months, and 17 days. Mr. Rochell owned and operated the Coast to Coast Hardware store in Collinwood from 1972 until 2018, and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Collinwood, and was a member of the NRA.

   He is survived by his wife Linda Sue Tinin Rochell of Florence, AL; two sons, Danny Gene Rochell and wife Lori of Waynesboro, TN, David Elliot Rochell of Collinwood, TN; a daughter, Amy Celeste Douglas and husband Andrew of Zionsville, IN; five brothers, Thomas James Rochell of Mount Clemens, MI, William Edward Rochell of Collinwood, TN, Floyce McKinley Rochell of Winter Park, FL, Kenneth Paul Rochell of Lawrenceburg, TN, Gary Marlon Rochell of Collinwood, TN; three sisters, Joy Rochell Snook of Lawrenceburg, TN, Joan Rochell of Lavergne, TN, Elena Faye Risner of Florence, AL; nine grandchildren, Tammi Rochell, Cristela Rochell, Sophie Douglas, Lydia Douglas, Samuel Douglas, Levi Rochell, Kyndle Rochell, James and Steven Reatherford. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rochell was preceded in death by two brothers, Bruce Odell Rochell who departed this life in 1945 during WWII, Rayford Braxton Rochell; a sister, Bertha Lois Dodson.

   Services were Friday, November 29, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee with Nelson Moffett and Sam Smith officiating. Burial followed in Gallaher Cemetery near Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.

   Visitation began Friday, November 29, from 9:00 am till 11:00 am at the funeral home. Pallbearers were nephews and family and friends. Honorary pallbearers were Levi Rochell and Samuel Douglas. Family request in lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Gallaher Cemetery Fund c/o Yvonne Bevis, 3276 Gallaher Road, Waynesboro, TN 38485.
