Tommy Joe Horton, Jr., age 41, of Cypress Inn, Tennessee, was arrested on Wednesday, July 7th on a capias issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury. The Grand Jury indicted Horton on one count of sale of cocaine. Horton was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $30,000.00 bond.
