Curtus Wayne Kiddy, age 35, of Waynesboro, was arrested on Thursday, December 12th on two counts of shoplifting. According to the report filed by Officer Ryan Livingston of the Waynesboro Police Department, Kiddy was captured on surveillance video at Cash Savers in Waynesboro shoplifting cold medicine on December 11th and food on December 12th. Kiddy was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $10,000.00 bond.
